Shipping policy

We process orders within 1 business day if the order is placed on a weekday.  Weekend orders are processed on the following Monday. Domestic shipping costs are a flat rate of $4. Free shipping on orders over $50. Tracking information is emailed upon shipment. For lost or damaged orders, contact us within 7 days at info@jacasugar.com.
