Shipping Policy

We process orders within 1 business day if the order is placed on a weekday.  Weekend orders are processed on the following Monday. Domestic shipping costs are a flat rate of $4. Free shipping on orders over $50. Tracking information is emailed upon shipment. For lost or damaged orders, contact us within 7 days at info@jacasugar.com.During holidays, allow an extra 2–3 days for delivery. See our Return Policy for return shipping details.

Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, unopened. To start a return, email info@jacasugar.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective items, which include free return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. For defective items, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or full refund.
