Tropical Jaca Fruit Salsa

Ingredients:

      1 cup diced fresh pineapple

      ½ cup diced mango or papaya

      Juice of 1 lime

      2 ½ tablespoon Jaca sugar

      2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint or cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Combine the pineapple and mango (or papaya) in a bowl.

  2. Stir in the lime juice and Jaca sugar until the sugar dissolves.

  3. Fold in the chopped mint or cilantro.

  4. Chill for 30 minutes before serving. This fruit salsa pairs well with yogurt, pancakes or grilled fish.
