Tropical Jaca Fruit Salsa

Ingredients:
● 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
● ½ cup diced mango or papaya
● Juice of 1 lime
● 2 ½ tablespoon Jaca sugar
● 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint or cilantro
Instructions:
- Combine the pineapple and mango (or papaya) in a bowl.
- Stir in the lime juice and Jaca sugar until the sugar dissolves.
- Fold in the chopped mint or cilantro.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving. This fruit salsa pairs well with yogurt, pancakes or grilled fish.
