Sugar-Free Maple Syrup

This sugar-free maple syrup is a baking substitute made with allulose, giving pancakes, waffles and recipes authentic syrup texture with no added sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Allulose
  • 1 1/2 tsp Maple extract
  • 2 tbsp Butter (optional, for richness)
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Combine water and allulose in small saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring to dissolve.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in maple extract, butter (if using), and salt.
  5. Let cool slightly—syrup will thicken more as it cools.
  6. Store in jar in refrigerator up to 1 month.

Tips

  • Watch carefully—it can boil over
  • For thicker syrup, simmer longer
  • Warm before serving for best pour
