Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
- 3/4 cup Allulose
- 6 cups Water

Instructions
- Make simple syrup: Heat 1 cup water with allulose, stirring until dissolved. Let cool.
- Juice lemons, straining out seeds and pulp if desired.
- Combine lemon juice, allulose syrup, and remaining 5 cups cold water.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
