Sugar-Free Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
  • 3/4 cup Allulose
  • 6 cups Water
  • as needed Ice
  • optional Fresh mint (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Make simple syrup: Heat 1 cup water with allulose, stirring until dissolved. Let cool.
  2. Juice lemons, straining out seeds and pulp if desired.
  3. Combine lemon juice, allulose syrup, and remaining 5 cups cold water.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
  5. Serve over ice, garnished with mint if desired.

Tips

  • Roll lemons on counter before juicing for more juice
  • Make syrup ahead and refrigerate up to 2 weeks
