Red, White, and Blue Berry Crisp for 4th of July

A festive 4th of July dessert featuring strawberries, blueberries, and a creamy topping, sweetened with Jaca for a low-calorie twist.

Ingredients

For the Filling:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup Jaca
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup Jaca

  5. Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  6. Cool Slightly: Let the crisp cool for 5-10 minutes to set.
