Peanut Butter Jaca Bites

Ingredients:

      1 cup rolled oats

      ½ cup natural peanut butter

      5 tablespoons Jaca rare sugar

      2 tablespoons ground flax or chia seeds (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the oats, peanut butter, Jaca sugar and ground seeds (if using) until well combined.

  2. Using clean hands or a spoon, form the mixture into bite‑sized balls.

  3. Place the bites on a plate and refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm up.

  4. Enjoy as a quick snack. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
