Low-Carb Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Natural peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp Allulose, powdered
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between.
  3. Spoon 1 tablespoon chocolate into each liner. Tap pan to spread evenly.
  4. Freeze 10 minutes until set.
  5. Mix peanut butter, powdered allulose, and salt until smooth.
  6. Divide peanut butter mixture among cups, pressing flat.
  7. Top with remaining melted chocolate, spreading to edges.
  8. Freeze 20 minutes until completely set.
  9. Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
