Jaca Silk Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:
● 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
● ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
● 5 tablespoons Jaca sugar (or to taste)
● ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
● ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Place the avocados, cocoa powder, Jaca sugar, almond milk and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add more Jaca sugar if you prefer a sweeter mousse.
- Transfer to serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with berries or a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
