Jaca Silk Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

      2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

      ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

      5 tablespoons Jaca sugar (or to taste)

      ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

      ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Place the avocados, cocoa powder, Jaca sugar, almond milk and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and add more Jaca sugar if you prefer a sweeter mousse.

  4. Transfer to serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with berries or a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
