Jaca Lemonade

Ingredients:
- 6 lemons
- 1.5 cups of Jaca sugar
- 6 cups of water
- Squeeze the 6 lemons to arrive at around 1 cup of fresh lemon juice
- Add the lemon juice, the Jaca sugar, and the water to a ½ gallon pitcher
- Stir well until the Jaca sugar is dissolved
- Chill and serve over ice
- Garnish each glass with lemon slices and mint leaves
