Jaca Crisp Apple Chips

Ingredients:
● 2 medium apples (any sweet variety)
● 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
● 2 tablespoons Jaca rare sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 225 °F (110 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Core the apples and slice them very thinly (about ⅛ inch). Arrange the slices on the prepared baking sheet.
- Mix the ground cinnamon and Jaca sugar, then sprinkle lightly over the apple slices.
- Bake for 1½–2 hours, flipping halfway through, until the chips are dry and crisp.
- Let cool completely before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
