Jaca Crisp Apple Chips

Ingredients:

      2 medium apples (any sweet variety)

      1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 

      2 tablespoons Jaca rare sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 °F (110 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Core the apples and slice them very thinly (about ⅛ inch). Arrange the slices on the prepared baking sheet.

  3. Mix the ground cinnamon and Jaca sugar, then sprinkle lightly over the apple slices.

  4. Bake for 1½–2 hours, flipping halfway through, until the chips are dry and crisp.

  5. Let cool completely before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
