Jaca Chia Champ Pudding

Ingredients:
● 3 tablespoons chia seeds
● 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
● 3 tablespoons Jaca sugar
● ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk the chia seeds, almond milk, Jaca sugar and vanilla extract until combined.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thickened.
- Stir once more before serving. Top with a few berries or nuts if desired.
