Jaca Chia Champ Pudding

Ingredients:

      3 tablespoons chia seeds

      1 cup unsweetened almond milk

      3 tablespoons Jaca sugar

      ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl or jar, whisk the chia seeds, almond milk, Jaca sugar and vanilla extract until combined.

  2. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thickened.

  4. Stir once more before serving. Top with a few berries or nuts if desired.
