Jaca Berry Burst Smoothie

Ingredients:

      1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries or raspberries)

      1 cup unsweetened almond milk

      4 tablespoons Jaca sugar

      ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (optional for extra protein)

Instructions:

  1. Add the frozen berries, almond milk and Jaca sugar to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth. If using Greek yogurt, add it and blend again.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with a little more Jaca sugar if necessary.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
