Jaca Banana Oat Bars

Ingredients:
● 2 ripe bananas, mashed
● 1½ cups rolled oats
● 2 tablespoons Jaca sugar
● ¼ cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
● ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Line a small baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the mashed bananas, oats, Jaca sugar, nuts (if using) and cinnamon.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let cool completely, then cut into bars. These make a quick breakfast or snack without any added refined sugar.
