Jaca Banana Oat Bars

Ingredients:

      2 ripe bananas, mashed

      1½ cups rolled oats

      2 tablespoons Jaca sugar

      ¼ cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)

      ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Line a small baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, combine the mashed bananas, oats, Jaca sugar, nuts (if using) and cinnamon.

  3. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.

  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes until lightly golden.

  5. Let cool completely, then cut into bars. These make a quick breakfast or snack without any added refined sugar.
