Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup Allulose
- 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In separate bowl, whisk melted butter, allulose, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients to wet, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake 25-30 minutes until toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool completely in pan before cutting (they firm up significantly).
