Coconut Jaca Snowballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 5 tablespoons Jaca sugar
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded coconut, almond flour and Jaca sugar.

  2. Stir in the melted coconut oil and vanilla extract until the mixture comes together.

  3. Form into small balls and place them on a plate.

  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
