Coconut Jaca Snowballs

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 5 tablespoons Jaca sugar
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the shredded coconut, almond flour and Jaca sugar.
- Stir in the melted coconut oil and vanilla extract until the mixture comes together.
- Form into small balls and place them on a plate.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
